HESTERTYSONHESTER SELLEN rn1429 (CA 1727-dec.) was born circa 1727. HESTER was the daughter of MATTHIAS TYSONTYSONMATTHIAS rn8483 (CA 1687-dec.) and BARBARA SELLENSELLENBARBARA rn27258 ( -dec.).

      ABRAHAM'S will was proved 4 March 1783, Franconia, PA. In 1748, Abraham had received 102 1/2 acres from will of his father, Jacob. Abraham in turn, bequeathed this land in 1777 to his son-in-law, Isaac Borkey (Bergey). In 1769, Abraham bought s/w farm 102 1/2 acres from his brother, Isaac, who had received it in their father's will. In 1777, He bequeathed this land to his son Isaac.

      ABRAHAM'S WILL contains much family history and is summarized here. Phil Will Book S, page 369, #283. I, Abraham Hunshberger (spelling probably of squire writing will), of Francony Twp in Phil. Co., yeoman....21 Dec 1777 make my last will....my wife Hester shall keep house on my plantation wherein I now dwell, which contains 100 acres, more or less....as the same was conveyed to me by my father's last will....with all my stock....till my son Abraham shall attain his lawful age, or as long as she remains my widow....to my wife....household goods....and that my wife shall live with my son Abraham....(and) to my wife....100 pounds current money...My other (SW) plantation, which was conveyed to me by my brother Isaac, which contains 100 acres, more or less, I give and bequeath to my son Isaac...for...400 pounds...200 pounds therof shall be his full portion and share of my estate and the other 200 pounds shall he pay in payments of 50 pounds yearly...the rest of my children shall have equal shares, and whereas I did give to my daughters which are married in household in different sums, as to my daughter Susanna...30 pounds...and to my daughter Catherina...25 pounds...and to my daughter Anna...50 pounds and to my daughter Barbara...45 pounds, all these sums to be reckoned to their shares, but in case one or more of my children should die under lawful age or before they are married, then his or her share shall devolve to the rest of my children... I appoint my brother , Isaac, my brother-in-law, Isaac Barkey, sole executor.

      Note: Records of various transfers of these two farms of 102.5 acres each are here summarized: Montgomery Co Deed Book 27, p17--Feb 1769 between Isaac Hunsperger of Rockhill Twp, Bucks Co, yeoman, and Cathrina his wife...and Abraham Hunsperger of Francony, Co of Phil...yeoman...that Isaac Hunsperger and Catrina his wife for 300 pounds...have sold to Abraham Hunsperger...(SW) tract of land..in Francony Twp...to a post for a corner in a line of Abraham Hunsperger's other (NE) land...102.5 acres......it being all and the same which John Ulrich Hageman and Fronica his wife by lease and release bearing date 14, 15 Mar 1738 did grant...to Jacob Hunsperger...the same Jacob Hunsperger being so seized did make his last will...9 Jan 1748 and did give and bequeath the above described (SW) tract of land unto his son Isaac Hunsperger...
