      109a, 112p Cocalico tp., situate on Cocalico Creek: HISTORY: Containing part of the first recited tract and all of the second: (1.) 114a Cocalico tp. pat. 5 Jul 1797 to John Jacob Bickle & the said Catharine Blumenshine, alias Catharine Margaret Blumenshine [Ref. PB P33-219]; and (2.) 17a, 46p Cocalico tp. that John Keller granted 21 Apr 1795 to the said John Jacob Bickle & Catharine Margaret Blumenshine. // The said John Jacob Bickle died intestate seized in possession of one moiety of the above-described lands. He left neither widow nor lawful issue, nor any mother, father, or siblings of the whole blood [at least none known]. He did leave one sister of the half-blood, the said Catharine Margaret Blumenshine, who inherited his entire estate. By her last will & testament dated 14 June 1820, Catharine Margaret Blumenshine ordered the lands to be sold.
