Report from Maria Catharine Ensminger, the widow: She produces an account of the sale of her late husband's plantation. The court orders the balance to be distributed to the said widow, the eldest son, and the other five children [not named]. Minor child John Nicholas Ensminger (above age 14) chooses his said mother as his legal guardian. The court grants the widow an allowance to the maintenance and education of minor daughter Maria Catharine Ensminger.
