D3-309: Frederick Mumma & John Hamacher [the executors of Christian Martin, late of Rapho tp.] rel.to David Martin of Rapho tp. [the son of the said Christian] --Two tracts: (1.) 122a Rapho tp. and (2.) overflowed land in Hempfield tp. 1. HISTORY: Same tract pat. 19 Jan 1745 to James Patterson (Ref. PB A-2-7). On 10 June 1748, James Patterson & his wife Mary granted the same to Christian Martin, Jr. 2. HISTORY: Same land that Philip Sneider granted 3 Feb 1753 to Christian Martin (Ref. Deed D265). --By his last will & testament, Christian Martin devised both tracts to his son David, ordering his executors to make a deed good for the same. --18 May 1793
