      1773, May 25 - Susanna Hofin, born near Lancaster in Pennsylvania. Father is Lorentz Hof. Died of convulsions May 24, was single lived about 39 years.

      1795, October 4 - The 18th Sunday after Trinity. Alexander McDonald for 31 years the honest and diligent English schoolmaster in Fredericktown. Born 1742 in Edinburgh in Scotland. Married the daughter of Lorentz Hoff and his wife Susanna with whom he had one son and 2 daughters. Died of a high fever and jaundice, with which he was bedfast 10 days the 3rd, at 1:30 p.m., aged 53 years.

      1797, Sept. 29 - buried Jacob Benze's wife Barbara, formerly Kampfin, nee Hoffin. In the first marriage she had 1 daughter and in the second 2 sons who are still alive. She was sick nearly one year, but bedfast 4 weeks. Aged 34 years, 3 months, 3 weeks, 3 days.

      1805, Catharina Hoffen, buried July 10. Born April 30, 1790. Father Peter Hoff; mother Anna Mary. Sick from bilious fever and died July 8, at 11 p.m., aged 14 years, 2 months, 14 days.

      1806, Catharina Hoffen, buried July 17, born Oct. 1, 1738, daughter of Jacob Faut and Anna Mary. Married Aug. 6, 1760, Jacob Hoff, had 1 son, 2 daughters, leaves 1 son, 1 daughter. Became sick with consumption and died July 16 at 7 p.m., aged 67 years, 9 months, 15 days.
