130a Cocalico tp. (borders Henry Hollder, Peter Beller improvement, Philip Stepha): HISTORY: Not given.
      --29 Apr 1763
      --Peter Reyer ack.sat. 1 May 1772.

The above record is the clue to Beller's original property. The warrant index must be searched. [I should have that part copied.] Of significance, this differs from his below land in Earl tp.:

Patent AA-7-302: 60a Earl tp. pat. 10 Feb 1767 to Leonard Fisler & Anthony Hauer.
In pursuance of a warrant dated 3 June 1734, Peter Beller had surveyed 160 acres situate on the Conestoga Creek; however, the said Beller did not comply with the terms of the warrant and his right thereto became null and void. But, Leonard Fisler, Anthony Hauer, and Michael Fritz, all of Earl tp., now represent that the said Peter Beller sold his right (if any he had) to one Michael Bauer. By divers conveyances, the aforesaid men now hold in their possession the following parcels:
      1. 60a Earl tp. surveyed 26 2m. 1753, unto Leonard Fisler & Anthony Hauer in equal moieties.
      2. 20a Earl tp., surveyed 26 2m. 1753, unto Michael Fritz.
--The remaining part of the original tract is now held by one Peter Rafensberger. In pursuance of a warrant to accept dated 24 Jan last past, the land office granted legal right to the aforesaid 60-acre tract to the said Leonard Fisler & Anthony Hauer. Description: By land surveyed for Conrad Civer(?), by land of Christopher Winger, by land of Daniel Herman, and by land of the said Michael Fritz.
