Andrew Graff of Earl tp., writ 13 Nov 1771, probated 16 Dec 1771
1. His plantation is to be rented and the profits used to support his wife and children until his son John Graff is of age.
2. His wife is named Magdalena.
3. He devises his dwelling plantation, containing 147A Earl tp., to his sons John Graff, Daniel Graff, and Abraham Graff. The land is to be valued and appraised. One or all of the sons may choose to accept an equal part at valuation.
4. His estate is to be equally divided amongst his three aforesaid sons and his daughter Elizabeth.
5. Executors: His brother Peter Graff and his brother-in-law Isaac Rora.
6. Witnessed by Michael Hildebrand, Isaac Grebill, and Stewart Herbert.
7. Brother Peter Graff, one of the named executors, died before the will was probated.

--Two tracts: (1.) 73 ¼ a. Earl tp. and (2.) 56p Earl tp.: HISTORY: Andrew Graff, late of Earl tp., died seized of 146 ½ a. Earl tp. By his last will & testament dated 13 Nov 1771, he devised the same to either of his sons or to any two, reserving certain privileges to his wife Magdalena. His said sons were as follows: John Graff, David Graff, and Abraham Graff. All children were to share equally in the estate. Executors were his brother Peter Graff and his brother-in-law Isaac Rohrer. Son David Graff and only daughter Elizabeth Graff died in their minority without issue. Sons John Graff & Abraham Graff are now of age; they have divided the property, with the said John Graff having been allotted 73 ¼ a. Earl tp. On 25 May 1793, surviving executor Isaac Rohrer formally granted the same unto him, which included water rights that Peter Graff had granted unto his son Andrew Graff (the aforesaid testator). // Wording in the indenture proves that the parties hereto are brothers. This agreement includes a bond given by the said Abraham Graff that will be paid to the said John Graff's children upon his [John's] decease. One daughter of John Graff is noted-Elizabeth, the wife of Marks Grove, Jr.
