  W5-10: Jacob Beam (or Behm) of Brecknock tp. gr.to John Steiner, mason, of same 6a, 88p Brecknock tp.: HISTORY: Part of 130a that David Roth & his wife Elizabeth and Judith Behm granted 29 Apr 1820 to the said Jacob Behm, the party hereto. [Itself part of 257a pat. 2 June 1768 to George Heft, Ref. PB AA-10-381.No further record.] --4 Apr 1831 W5-363: Jacob Beam, yeoman, & his wife Rachel of Brecknock tp. enf-rel.to Jacob Lausch, yeoman, of same 14a, 145p Brecknock tp., adjoining John Buecker, Henry Kern, Samuel Gehman, Christopher Schlebach, and the said Jacob Beam: HISTORY: Adam Behm, late of Brecknock tp., died intestate seized of 160a Brecknock tp. He left a widow named Margaret and three children, to wit: Jacob Beam (the party hereto), Elizabeth (the wife of David Roth), and Judith Beam (then single). On 29 Apr 1820, David Roth & his wife Elizabeth and Judith Beam granted their right & title to the aforesaid larger tract to their said brother Jacob Beam. --2 Apr 1832 W5-365: See the preceding indenture (W5-363).
